Hot Buffet Hot Buffet Our buffets can be accompanied by a salad bar with salads made fresh daily and an assortment of toppings and sauces are available. We have experience serving large crowds of hungry mouths in lightning quick speeds with our buffet service, having served over 1550 meals per day at EAGx Conference in Cambridge. Our food is authentic with a wide variety so we can provide unique meals all week long. We are always willing to work with you to create a bespoke experience to match your budget.

Breakfast
  • Hashbrowns, vegan sausages, baked beans, mushrooms, “scrambled egg” (tofu based), cooked tomatoes, toast.
Lunch
  • Dan Dan noodles – authentic Sichuan noodles with minced tofu marinated in hoisin and spices covered in a tangy sesame sauce.
  • Japanese katsu curry served with a choice of pumpkin croquettes or crispy tofu, white rice and mixed garlic and ginger seasonal greens.
  • Mexican burritos with charred corn salsa.
  • Ramen – build your own ramen by adding from a wide variety of fresh greens and then add our mushroom dashi, noodles and garnish.

Dinner
  • Spaghetti “meatball” Marinara, hemp parmesan.
  • Curry night includes tadka dal, chana masala, sag aloo, onion bhaji, pilau rice.
  • Three bean chilli- smoky chipotle three bean chilli served with rice or baked potato, green salad and sour cream
  • Fajita’s – Mexican marinated vegetables, black beans, rice, served with a salad bar of pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, grated cheese, guacamole & sour cream
  • Roasted butternut squash pie  – served with mustard spring greens and rosemary roasted potatoes.
